Here is how to use speech to text :)  Good luck!

If reading is a challenge for you, remember you can get on a computer or tablet.  With the mouse, highlight what you want to read and there should be an option (right click or push command and click) for the technology to speak to you.  As the computer or tablet reads to you annotate - highlight or underline key ideas, and add comments or questions.
